Abstract
Full-arch implant rehabilitation represents one of the most complex challenges in contemporary prosthodontics. Although modern implant dentistry offers highly predictable osseointegration and increasingly sophisticated digital technologies, the long-term success of a full-arch rehabilitation depends on much more than the successful placement of implants. The final result is determined by how accurately the surgical, prosthetic, functional, and esthetic components are planned and integrated from the beginning. A prosthodontic-driven approach, in which the desired final restoration is established before implant placement, is therefore essential for achieving predictable outcomes and avoiding unnecessary complications.

Dr. Mohamed Elashry is an Assistant Professor of Prosthodontics at Alexandria University, Egypt. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in 2012 and his Master’s degree in Fixed Prosthodontics in 2019, and PhD in Prosthodontics in 2026. With over nine years of clinical experience, he specializes in digital and microscopic dentistry, integrating advanced technologies with precision-driven prosthodontic care. Dr. Elashry frequently lectures at national and international events, sharing his expertise in implantology and digital esthetics.
