Introduction:

We are looking for a sales person/representative who will be responsible as an account management for our European dealers. You would report directly to the Director of the Business Sales Division of OSSTEM EUROPE s.r.o.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate dealers(business partners) to sell the products and consult business growth.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to Increase the market share in a country.
  • Work collaboratively across functions especially with business developing managers in order to help deliver Osstem business objectives.
  • Achieve key performance expectations and drive results.
  • Act as a company representative at the relevant industry events & functions such as exhibitions, Seminar, Study Groups and so on.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • The successful candidate will be a Sales representative or account executive.
  • A proven track record in both sales and account management is a must.
  • Candidates who have experiences in selling surgical and dental products and/or equipment are preferable.
  • Ability to quickly establish and develop strong credibility with customers.
  • A deep understanding of and record of accomplishment in working with relevant categories and customers.
  • Perform as a dedicated team player and self-motivator with strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to bring outstanding interpersonal skills(including excellent oral and written communication).
  • Superior communication to build relationships throughout the organization.
  • Characteristics generally associated with a sales specialist : presentable, articulate, goal oriented, honest, high integrity, and ethical.

Personal Attributes:

  • An integral, dynamic, energetic, creative and result-oriented individual with excellent commercial sense and outstanding communication skills.
  • Candidate’s Profile Gender is not specified;
  • Relevant education: Bachelor’s degree Preferred.
  • Being fluent in English.
  • Fluent in French or Spanish or Italian Preferred.
