Introduction:

You will be responsible for all tasks related to sales support and administrative functions in a multinational dental company which is headquartered in Korea.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all sales support related task and administrative function.
Work closely with the sales support and admin team to provide administrative support, including but not limited to preparing sales materials, updating customer databases, and scheduling appointments.
Maintain and update customer records, sales activity reports, and other relevant documentation in the company’s database or CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate sales campaigns, promotional events, and other marketing activities.
Assist and execute administrative duties like data entry, document preparation, filing and any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
High chance of conversion to full-time role for the right candidates!

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin / Marketing or relevant program;
Preferably minimum 6 months internship program, starting July/Aug 2026 onwards (Candidate who able to join in June will be an added advantage).
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written), Mandarin will be a plus.
Possess own transport for commuting.
Training and allowance will be provided.
